I am deeply disappointed by my recent experience at Zainab Hospital with Dr. Manish Patel. Upon visiting for treatment of my fractured leg, I was advised to get an X-ray. However, when I returned with the X-ray just 20 minutes later, I was informed that Dr. Patel had left for the day. This irresponsibility left me frustrated and concerned for my care. To make matters worse, it became apparent through conversations with the staff that this was not an isolated incident, as Dr. Patel has a history of such behavior. Despite the absence of the second-shift doctor and the apparent urgency of the situation, Dr. Patel displayed a lack of concern for patient well-being. Such disregard for patients' needs and safety is unacceptable and has significantly impacted my confidence in the hospital's quality of care.

Third class hospital, patients are not safe due to unhygienic and one of the dirtiest hospital in city.

It's good hospital and good staff . Easy to recognize in normal traffic. Hospital have wheelchair accessible parking and service. But doctor are not punctual. You have to wait for more than half hour. Please improve your service zainab hospital.

Very Good Place for average people... Treatment in very reasonable rate... Many specialist Doctors are visiting... Having good facility for hospitalised patients... Also facility for needy patients like Zakat n Charity Fund... Management is Good... Staff is quite co operative... 24 hours Hospital
