Best facility , Doctors are next level expert , recently my aunty was admitted and Brain Tumor Operation was done overe there , successfully done , and all the assistance and guidance and support was best in class Thanks Nirmal Hospital for giving my aunty a better and healthy future , thanks alot Nirmal Hospital and Staff.

Very disappointed in this hospital, there are Bedbugs( khatmal) in room( delux) no space for sleeping for single relative in deluxe room. Very expensive than other hospitals and room rent is not worthy at all. For single day treatment billing time is 3-4 hours. If you have mediclaim prepare to spent 6-7 hours or more for process. Many more to write but I am stopping here. Bad experience:(

There is lack of staff and compounder and delay during discharge and admitting time and no anyone responding. If you talk to anyone they are transferred to one else. So not proper management in discharge and admit. For example the doctor gave permission to the patient for a discharge at 2:00 PM then your check out at 5 PM

An excellent hospital with great management and awesome staff.. always ready to help what a smiling face at any time...

This is my second surgery in this hospital. All facilities are available, very good staffs with proper cleaning and behavior. Foods are also very healthy and on time deliver to your bed. One of the best staff named Hina Kunwar was so helpful and aware about each and everything. Must visit for any kind of medical emergency.
