Zaina Food Court - Food court in Aluva - Ernakulam, India

A decent place where you can have food with your family in Aluva. It's one of my favourite spots also. Their AC dining area is well maintained and hygienic. They offer a variety of dishes and they are good in taste and quality. They have a bakery section also, which provides tasty snacks, sweets and cakes... Nice atmosphere. The staff was well behaved and very polite and was timely on my orders. Clean and well maintained place with great seating arrangements including clean and comfy chairs and great glass tables. The AC and Non Ac section both of them were the best and it was well maintained. The food we ordered was Porotta and beef Roast with a Plate Shawarma for my brother. Both of them were one of the best we had in Aluva and i would recommend the hotel to anyone. Great place for people who are travelling.

I ordered Alfaham and chicken shawarma and the items we received are undercooked chicken/ raw chicken mixed with vegetables (in shawarma), Alfaham also is not well cooked. Even 4 years old kid is asking what kind of shawarma is this. Very pathetic experience with ZAINA Bakers for the first time.. very disappointed

Not tasty, but highly priced. Giving chlorinated tap water to drink when we order 160Rs biriyani. Wasted the food

I had a very bad experience. They treated customers like street dogs. I was totally disappointed with the food, which was overpriced and not worth it. Overall, it was the worst experience, and I don't recommend it, especially due to the extremely bad behavior towards customers

The place is near Aluva railway station, moderate crowd during lunch hour when we went. The moment we entered the a/c dining area, it was having a stinky smell. The food was jz ok. The beef in the mandi was salty, asked for replacement , it took abt 30 min for replacement to reach. Chicken alfaham piece were small compared to other mandi places. The service was slow. We had to spend a long time there mostly waiting for food. Cost is reasonable.
