overall i like it . machine is compact and so far reliable from my experience with it for the last one month. but i would like to add two points as the negatives of this product. 1- In case of power failure and you are jogging in the machine the shut down process is not smoother , its like abrupt breaking . This is enough for a weak or old person to end up in injury by falling . 2- highest speed u could clock is 18 km/hr . but the quick speed is available for 4, 8 12,16 . if u hit the 16 km/hr quick access button and increasing the speed to 18 would not be easy from this speed(16 km/hr) you are running
