YoYoGoa, The Apartment Hotel - Holiday apartment in Vagator, Chapora - North Goa, India

Room in itself is pretty okay. The staff was terrible. They first put us in a room where the toilet didn't flush and after a lot of calls to them and a lot of '5 minutes' waiting we got another room. Laundry service was really expensive which they didn't let us know beforehand. When we left I asked the staff to call us a cab to the next place which was only a 5 minute cab drive. They didn't let me know any price and I was probably too naive to think they got us a good cab. The ride was 400 rupees for 5 minutes which is just so ridiculous and I would've never agreed to if they let me know. I wouldn't recommend this place at all.

Steer clear of this hotel if you are traveling internationally! They won't give back our deposit of approximately 7000 INR even tough the cancellation was supposed to be free. Their exuse is that they can't transfer money to international accounts, but they sure can take payments. Really bad customer service, they put the full responsibility for finding a solution for the issue on us and we don't know how to solve it, they shoud be way more experienced with international payments than us. This was in 2019 and we still haven't gotten our money back and probably never will.

A nice low to medium range hotel very close to the beach. The hotel also provides complementary breakfast and swimming pool facilities (though the pool was out of order when I stayed there). Calm and peaceful neighborhood and accessible to ATMs and petrol pumps within 2 to 3 kms. Rooms are quite clean. Customer service is good.

Strictly average experience. Pro: location. Close to the beach (approx 1km) and yet far away from the noise and commotion. Newly painted rooms, so looks neat. Cons: 1.Had booked a 2bhk. On check in, i was informed not available. Instead offered 2 single rooms. As it was just for one night, i accepted. But rooms on 4th floor and lift broke down twice during my stay of 15 hrs. 2.Pool looked dirty. Use at your risk. 3.Tata sky in room gave msg "account deactivated,". (You might think who watches tv in goa, but i wanted to keep my 4 yr old occupied for 30 mins while we packed/unpacked, hence the need for a tv). 4.Limited parking. And no security inside, so parking is a challenge.(other guests park however they want and may block ur vehicle. If you call manager, he says no security to control that so cant help it). 5. Power cut at 3am for an hour. 6. No water in bathroom when i woke up at 8am. (Had to urgently use the toilet and no water to even wash my self!!) 7.room was east facing and with a very thin curtain. Needless to say, by 7 it was super bright even with curtain fully closed. Overall i dont think i will ever stay here again. Hope management takes review in an unbiased manner and improves services.

Very very poor ambiance and service - would not recommend to anyone! Had booked our stay via booking dot com. Booking dot com mentions your parking is reserved - unfortunately ended up with no parking - you get to park on the road where anybody can park - so sometimes you have absolutely no space to park anywhere - and the owners won't extend any help. Tiny room - not large and lavish as shown in photos - check out my photos in tripadvisor. Dirty environment - loads of filth around - bedsheets/bathroom stink. No one to help - you can keep calling Amey's father - they would give you nothing! Amey doesn't live in Goa, though he owns up during booking. The security is useless. No one comes to help or service. The place is full of mosquitoes - they won't even provide a repellent.

Although swimming pool was in maintaince mode. But the rooms was simply awesome. They have given all amenities like microwave, big fridge, cloths holder and room service was nice. They have menu of 2-3 near by restaurant they will deliver at your room.

In close proximity to vagator Beach and chapora fort. Decent apartments - they have ac, fridge, hall, washing place, microwave, basic utensils etc. We stayed there for two days. Ordered food from their restaurant on one day and cooked maggi on another. It was fun.

We had a two bedroom apartment for 3 days. The rooms were spacious but the maintenance and service was awful. The ACs did not cool and the fridge was looking like an ancient antique piece. The TV was looking smaller than an iPad Pro. I suggest not to stay at this place.
