I've been training at this place for a month now and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The coach is extremely knowledgeable, and has created a welcoming and supportive environment for students of all skill levels. The training itself is top-notch. We work on everything from striking and grappling to takedowns and submissions, and the coach makes sure to give each student individual attention and feedback. He is always willing to answer questions and is the most patient teacher I have ever come across. But what really sets this place apart is the community. I've made some great friends here and everyone is so supportive and encouraging. There's a real sense of camaraderie among the students, and we all push each other to be our best. This place has given me a greater sense of confidence in life. I would recommend it to everyone who wants to learn the sport, wants to learn some self defence or the people who just want to improve fitness. It's worth every penny you'll spend.

I have lost 12 kg thanks to this gym. The atmosphere here is super awesome. I really loved my time here

Sir , i want to ask you what is the timings of your Training want to learn MMA for defense

I was at the Yogya gym for few days. Partho gave me some lessons of grappling and even if I'm not expert, I felt that my improvement were really fast. He give extremely importance to basics of the discipline. I'm a basketball coach and if you don't have basics you will never became a good player. So I extremely recommend Partho and his gym. He is also improving all the building, making it bigger with more facilities! He is a professional and a really nice person.

Amazing place with very cool team. Coach Parto will teach you everything you can about the various martial arts he knows. Not only will you learn how to defend yourself, but you'll also have a great time.

This is an institutions of real martial art in Lucknow. I have been to several places which claims to teach me actual and effective martial arts techniques but the authenticity and opportunities i found here are second to no institution in Lucknow or India
