Finally! Isha Hatha yoga in Guwahati. It was so good. The classes were conducted so beautifully that sitting in unfamiliar postures throughout didn't seem like a barrier at all. I had some doubts regarding my flexibility but Yogi Sangha made sure it wasn't a barrier for me to learn Classical Hatha yoga in it's purest form. The place is so vibrant and supportive for ones Sadhana. It's been three weeks now, my flexibility is improving a lot. Thank you Aman anna for bringing it here. Highly recommend this for EVERYONE out there. Yoga se hi hoga! Till now I got the opportunity to learn Angamardana, Surya kriya, Surya Shakti, Yogasanas, Shanmukhi Mudra. Feels good!
