On 22/7/2022, I have started my yoga journey with YOGANSH YOGA ACADEMY, RAIPUR. Today 22/7/2023 , it's complete one year and I am still continuing with it. With my experience I highly recommend that this academy is a perfect place to join and learn yoga .I want to thank and praise the efforts and deep knowledge of all the instructors at YOGANSH. I have joined Yogansh Academy from last week of Feb 2023, I got proper consultation regarding my problem from Sagar Sir, and he designed a suitable program for me and my trainer name is Mr. Harendra sir, I must say my health and pain really got improved and I feel more energetic and active through out the day, previously I was facing problem in Daily activity, I haved joined medical yoga and I must say if you have a problem regarding pain management and many more, do consult and join here, you will definitely feel the change. This is a great academy. I have back pain and knee pain from the last 4 years, I had tried multiple therapies but none of them worked.
