I am taking Yoga Classes with Madhav for last two weeks. He is amazing Yoga instructor. He knows everything about how to increase flexibility, core strength. First he assess you then he start working on it. He is very professional, sincere and honest in his work. I have taken yoga classes earlier with other instructor . But in my experience, his methodology is working much better.
I am fortunate enough to find such Yoga teacher in Agra. I hope association with Madhav will go long.
I also recommend everyone to take guidance, training from him to improve ones health, flexibility, to correct sleep disorder or to treat any medical symptoms like diabetes, high BP, Thyroid, obesity that can be treated with Yoga.
Madhav sir is my favorite yoga teacher! I love taking her classes because they are challenging but relaxing at the same time. It's a fantastic way to get a good workout. I love her space too. Beautiful, bright and open. Also her virtual classes are just as good as her in person classes! Definitely recommend reaching out and setting up a virtual class with her
