I got the recommendation for Yoga Vini from a friend and decided to join the course very spontaneous. I was always looking for an authentic Yoga TTC in India but found it quite difficult to tell if they are proper ones. Yoga Vini did not disappoint me at all! If you are looking for a real and authentic hatha yoga school and really want to learn about yoga, the knowledge and experience you will get in Yoga Vini is the right one for you. From the food, the environment to the teaching and the knowledge everything is made with the purest love and consciousness. I not just learnt about yoga, I was able to experience it by my self in this (sadly only) 29 days! I can only say how thank full I'm for this amazing experience and that places like this exist and share there knowledge. Thank you also to Vini and Tina who where leading us through this curse. I will take this experience with me in my heart and hope to see you as soon as possible again for 300h!

I've never been very athletic or flexible so I was a little hesitant about joining this TTC, but thankfully it was just the right combination of comfortable and challenging. Tina and Vini really pushed me past what I thought I was capable of, while still being aware of my limitations and identifying what I needed to work on. In fact, the course provided me with vital knowledge about spinal health and movement practices for injury prevention that I will take with me for the rest of my life - I only regret not coming here earlier! This month served as a both a digital detox and a digestive detox with the delicious vegetarian food and fresh juices. I worked at an olive farm before and could really taste the quality of the olive oil used - at one point Vini gave us a tour of the kitchen and I could see that no expense was spared in using the best quality ingredients for our meals, right down to the oils hand-selected by Vini - something that cannot be said for most restaurants and perhaps many other TTCs. The other staff were also extremely kind (Shubham!), helping us with whatever we needed, giving us rides back to the ashram when they drove past us, and having nothing but smiles and warmth towards us. It was probably one of the most peaceful months of my life, helped along by Vini's daily lectures on yogic philosophy. Thanks to this I was able to go deeper inside myself, something which I greatly needed and which I think so many in modern society could benefit from. Our daily om meditations were also the first time I could meditate for an hour at a time, and spurred me to join a vipassana meditation retreat where I will be heading next! I don't usually write any kind of reviews, but this time I felt I needed too. I'm very grateful to chose Yoga Vini as my teacher course. I'm even more grateful to Yogi Vini and whole staff to create such a peaceful and healthy environment for us to learn and detox. How can I describe this 28 days to give you an idea how powerful and life changing this 28 days truly were. The environment is so beautiful, peaceful and green wherever you look. I loved the sound of birds in morning class, which by the way was my favorite class ever. Thank you for all the effort you have put in our meals. Kitchen staff made fresh butter milk every single day for us. Cut coconut for coconut juice in the afternoon. Freshly made halva before sleep so we could sleep better. The best roti I have ever tasted. Lunch was super delicious. And everything was so incredibly healthy. I never ever felt so light like during the TTC. Thank you so much. And getting rid of my stomach and few kg is a very appreciated bonus Lectures from Yogi Vini was one of my favorite parts. I enjoyed listening and finding connections with my personal life. "Your existence becomes what you are conscious about" And finally the movement, asanas. You can understand very fast how knowledgeable and experienced staff in Yoga Vini is. It is so easy to understand. You feel so good even though you are working hard. My body really opened. My breathing is deeper. Concentration is longer. I found my core I deeply recommend this course to everyone. There is nothing to think about. Experience of a lifetime. Thank you Yoga Vini I will be back

If you are looking for a profound, intensive and at the same time lovely Yoga Teacher Training, I can deeply recommend Yoga Vini Rishikesh. For me it was truely the best start I could have had for my Yoga Journey! In a beautiful and calm ashram I encountered the perfect surrounding for this Yoga experience. Among a group of amazing people, we got introduced to the various aspects of Yoga practice. The physical classes were profund in explanations and arranged with enough time to practice. The theoretical lectures on the other side helped to gain deeper understanding and a holistic view on the practice. Vini is extremely knowledable and has the ability to create a safe space to experiment and learn. I always felt to be in good hands and with suppotive guidance in any challenges I encountered. And not to forget the amazing food as a great pillar to get the body and the mind ready for a real transformation. After my experience I can just encourage anyone who wants to get in touch with Yoga to make your self this present of a TTC at Yoga Vini. The experience we should all have at least once in our lives . I feel a huge urge to share how stunning I feel after this immersion of taking care of myself and also the other. I came looking to be with myself and to know myself better but I discovered that taking care of myself and having respect for my body and for what it tries to tell me many times but I couldn't hear because of the hustle and bustle that is my life and mind. Thanks a lot to teacher Vini for all his love for yoga and for sharing everything with us in such an easy to trust way. Thanks to Mitra for dedicating his time and joy to help, to my dear Riluu who is a hurricane with so much energy and has a big heart, to Kiki for being attentive to everyone, to Ashish for being so approachable and enjoying sharing conversations, to Shuban for doing the most amazing backstage work ever and to the cooks for allowing me to have the best and most suitable food during all these days. My 200-hour teacher training experience with the staff at Yoga Vini was life changing in all the best ways. The ashram life takes some adjustment, and it's the perfect place to immerse yourself and get the full authentic India experience. The teachers are knowledgable, caring, funny, and extremely helpful. Overall a great experience; highly recommended!

I attended Yoga Teacher Training with Yoga Vini and had the most amazing experience of my life. Our training took place in an Ashram which provided the perfect environment to experience a yogi life and learn necessary skills to become a good yoga teacher. Vini, the main teacher, and his assistant teachers, had so much knowledge and I undoubtedly learned more than I ever could have imagined on his course. I was completely overwhelmed with the depth of the classes on his course. The experience gave me the confidence to go on and open my own yoga school less than a year later. I could never have imagined that I would be where I am today, I will be forever grateful for the experience which led me to become so curious about yoga and share it with the world. :)
