Grateful that Diya Yoga gave me the opportunity to be aware and to learn a lot about my body, mind and breath in an caring and nurturing environment. Great quality of classes and amazing food (for real) served on the beach together with our yoga family! It's a once in a lifetime experience and a perfect combination of bringing traditional knowledge and experience together in modern ways to find your own true self and style.

I had a great time at diya yoga! Meera - the owner - is a caring warm person. I could come with every question or worries to her. Also after finishing the school. The schedule was interesting and I personally enjoyed most dishas deep knowledge about the human body and meeras philosophy classes, which supported me a lot in my personal growth besides yoga. The food is served in a restaurant nearby the beach where you can meet other travelers. It was very tasty and the accomodation fine as well. I had a single room. Also my group was amazing. 6 girls between 24 and 42. We really grew together in this time and some amazing friendships were made. Disha is also a reiki healer. We asked her if she can do a reiki new moon ceremony with us. It was absolutely lovely. She led us with meditation, journaling, candles, tarot cards, setting intentions for the year und a lot of reiki into a really balanced and happy state of mind. Thank you disha! And thank you all Meera, Agni, Disha and Abhi for all the knowledge I got and for your patience and warm support

I am blessed to join Diya Yoga. This whole experience was great combo of health, self growth, inner centeredness. Truly commendable their efforts to share their expertise. There is feeling of safety with them and whole team is there for support. Everything was so beautifully designed. By the end of the program they really make sure that I become confident Yoga Teacher. Just like many other students I had to make the decision which of the maaanny YTT schools in Goa I choose for my Yoga experience. For some reason my heart just lead me to Diya Yoga and I did not for a second regret that decision. Meera (founder and one of the teachers), one of the most inspiring people I know, not only taught us about the yoga philosophy, but also about our own personal life. Besides her, all other teachers create an incredible environment for each single student to experience personal growth and to become an awesome yoga teacher. They somehow manage to create the feeling of a family and home even though it is only 4 weeks together. The school facilities are in a beautiful place next to the beach where you can spend your evenings and days off and enjoy Goa. Diya Yoga School and its authentic character exceeded my expectations far more than i could have ever imagined and I would ALWAYS choose that school again - just like many others said: IT IS THE BEST YOGA SCHOOL IN GOA

The small group setting ensured individual attention for each participant, it felt like being amongst family. The view from the Yoga-Shala overlooking the jungle is just magical! I did the teacher training in October 2022. It was more then I ever could have dreamt of. This training changed my life. Meera, Disha and Agni were really a dream team of teachers. They complemented each other in the best way. They created a safe space to share and learn. I felt so much love during my entire stay. Meera was so helpful with everything. She made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. I gained so much knowledge during the course - about yoga, my body and my soul. I have brought some fantastic tools with me home that I feel inspired to share with others. It was truly an amazing experience. It's difficult to explain in words how grateful I am that I found this fantastic school. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone!
