Yoga sutra is my go to place for a power yoga session .... Their classes are intense with equal emphasis to stretching and body flexibility.... All the trainers are well aware of each participant's level and they guide or modify exercises accordingly.... I am quite happy with my improvement thanks to anubha and her team and wish them all the best for the future ...
Excellent platform to focus and improve on your inner fitness and mental well being. I started noticing a quantum jump in overall fitness and mental well begin of my parents. The most amazing part is that all the teachers examins their movements in a very meticulous manner. I'm loving the yoga classes so much! The teachers are truly amazing and their teaching is truly holistic. I have done almost 20 classes with them, and not one routine has been repetitive. Every day is its different. The teachers are very kind and very attentive to all your requirements and requests, and they understand how much one can do and strive you to work harder and better! And so much so that I have fallen in love with yoga all over again, that too after 10 odd years!
Its a month i have joined this yoga session and I really started liking the session. The trainers Anubha Di and Ishani Di they are wonderful, each and every posture are very well explained. I hope i will get my desired results soon!!
The environment of the studio is very much soothing and the trainers are excellent here, they give equal attention to each and every student. I joined yoga sutra 5 months ago and after doing yoga I have noticed a lot of positive changes mentally and physically.
Excellent place to learn yoga especially for beginners. The instructors, Anubha and Ishani are highly trained. They make you feel very comfortable and motivated at the sane time and always make sure to explain the benefits of each yoga postures. Would definitely recommend the place.
