I am 45 years old. I am diabetic and have a bad frozen shoulder. I started yoga 2 months back and I can honestly say Arpita has made my journey so far a joyful one and one full of hope and changes.. I feel lighter, much better and more energetic after every session.she is kind soul who can be stern when required during class.
