But believe me the life which we live without decipline is not comfortable it is laziness. After joining yoga I feel more relax and comfortable. This center is amazing....I was looking for this type of class for a long time and when I come to know about it and I barely took a minute to join it. I loose 3kg in just 2 months...(from 57 kg to 54 kg) I mean it's just unbelievable. The atmosphere of center is so positive and attractive that usually I hate to wake up early in the morning but now for yoga I m always excited to go. This class is a complete package of zumba, workout, yoga, and the most important meditation, which gives you inner peace. Just give it a try and u will never regret
