Dipti and Neelam ma'am are my favourite yoga teachers! I love taking their classes because they are challenging but relaxing at the same time. It's a fantastic way to get a good workout. I love their space too: it's a calm and quiet place to unwind and relax. Also, their virtual classes are just as good as their in-person classes. Definitely recommend reaching out and setting up a virtual class with them.
The ambience, the combination of asanas and the individual attention by Deepti Mam is a great fusion of everything you need to achieve a healthy body and peaceful mind.
Yoga was not in my list for self care but the experience at Yoga Amrutam is just awesome. Giving 5 stars basis my 5 month's satisfied experience.
