Yoga Sutra's 5-Day Retreat in Rishikesh was a much-needed break from my busy life. The retreat's serene location, surrounded by nature, provided the perfect backdrop for relaxation and rejuvenation. The daily yoga and meditation sessions were transformative, helping me find inner peace and balance.

I recently completed the 200 hour Yoga teacher training in Rishikesh from Yoga Sutra Rishikesh, and it was an incredible experience. The curriculum was comprehensive, covering not only yoga asanas but also yoga philosophy and meditation. The instructors were highly knowledgeable and supportive, ensuring that each student progressed at their own pace. I left with a deeper understanding of yoga and a strong foundation for my practice.

Recently, I got to know finally in person @yogi_anil_bijalwan Ji. My teacher from whom I have learned so much online during the lockdown. He grew up in an Ashram, and later on, he studied yoga at University. An endless source of knowledge and inspiration! Nowadays, it seems rare to find a yoga teacher driven by a passion for teaching and sharing knowledge. I have met a lot of professional yoga teachers in India and the west whose focus is on getting more students and selling more courses, which is not a bad thing per se (as yoga teachers also need to eat, right?). Very rarely, I encounter someone who seems so unbound and non-attached to the materialistic outcome of yoga. I have learned from @yogi_anil_bijalwan Ji that yoga is giving and helping. More important than any asanas and pranayama techniques.

I recently had the privilege of attending a 200 hour yoga teacher training at Yoga Sutra Rishikesh, and I can say with confidence that it was a transformative experience. The trainers are not only extremely knowledgeable but also extremely passionate about imparting their knowledge. The serene environment along the banks of the Ganga provides the perfect backdrop for a truly intense learning experience. The course was comprehensive and well-structured, covering various aspects of yoga philosophy, asana, pranayama and meditation. Practical sessions were tailored to individual abilities, ensuring each student received individual attention. The supportive and encouraging environment fostered a sense of community among students, which enhanced the learning process. Small class sizes allowed for meaningful interactions with both instructors and fellow participants. Apart from the teacher training program, Yoga Sutra Rishikesh also offers drop-in yoga classes. These sessions are a great way to experience the depth of knowledge and expertise the school offers, even if you're not pursuing teacher certification.

I really like my yoga classes YOG SUTRA and all the aasana which all taught by Anil sir he has great knowledge about yoga, he taught by heart, take our hand and legs in correct posture which open our mind and develop our skill in aasna

A professional and very punctual Yoga Guru..... Gaining a lot from the yoga class ......be it meditation or pranayaam or physical yoga postures.....sir is helping us in all.... I highly recommend his class to anyone who wants to practice yoga.

Yogi Anil Bijalwan is one of the best yoga teachers I have come across. I had started online sessions with him and within few months I was blessed with the knowledge he shared which has benefitted me immensely in all aspects - mentally physically and spiritually. He has an excellent way of explaining things and is always motivating. His knowledge is very much experience based and learned from his gurus. The intricacies with which he explains the yoga kriyas and its benefits has to be experienced. I now look forward to attending one of his famous retreats in Rishikesh. I am sure it would be a memorable experience full of life long learnings. I highly recommend him as a yoga teacher.

I spent a few amazing days at Yogsutra in Rishikesh. The place was very peaceful and cozy and I really enjoyed the sessions with Anil and Nandini. Everyone was very welcoming and professional. I will be happy to return any time and I just started my online classes with Anil which I am very excited about. A big recommend to anyone looking for a yoga school in rishikesh or online.
