This one of the few hotels in Gulmarg near to major attractions like Gulmarg Gandola, Skiing Point. The place is decent . Location and views of this place is amazing. We visited this Place in February when the temperature was minus 20 degrees. Staff is polite and decent. Don't expect much from the interiors and infrastructure. The place is safe which is utmost requirement if you visiting Gulmarg in icr cold weather. They have power backup as well. This place is close to almost all attractions in Gulmarg. Food is decent as well . They have veg options in food as well for vegetarians. If you need they can arrange guide also for Gandola tour if you request them like we did. Staff is pretty helpful and friendly. They give you a separate lock to lock your room. I guess they can't do renovation due to government guidelines. This amongst very few hotels in Gulmarg. The staff was decent and the views of this place are breathtaking. You may not like the quality of their sheets and mattresses. But for the beauty of gulmarg this place is not bad for one night stay. Food was decent. Staff service is decent. Hot water was available in rooms. They gave room heater and bed heater as well. Upon request they will give you multiple quilts if you still feel cold.

Nice hotel with good hospitality. Views from the rooms are amazing but the hotel needs renovation. Rooms and bathroom looks run down. Its fine for a short stay to enjoy the view and stay overnight but don't have high expectations. Food was good and staff took care of us well.

Very nice hotel in gulmarg at main location. Rooms needs to be renovation but service was marvelous.staff is very friendly and ready to help. Service is very nice. In budget price at gulmarg, recommend this hotel

So many negative reviews and i was really worried about my stay. But it went like a breeze. The staffs were great and very good with hospitalilty. The location is a big plus and such amazing views. Heater, blanket and geyser all were working regardless of some reviews here. Couldn't operate the tv though, but the view was way better. Food was good too

Very Dirty Hotel. Arrogant & Rude Staff. Dirty Linen. Dirty Bathroom. Room Heater switched on as Hotel's Convenience. We had booked for 2 nights through Blink N Travel & we got out in one night itself. Please don't be mislead with Hotel Pictures.

Sad depressing unwelcoming hotel. Staff entered my room without asking. Water heater stopped working. They dont allow drinks or even playing light music in the common area. Manager is rude and has an attitude problem. We gave them cash advance which they forgot and we had to check cc TV cameras to prove we did. Only plus points are location and service but there are other better options closeby.

The only thing good about the hotel is it location. The room was ok, but the beding and linens were full of dust and didn't look like they were washed ever. The bathroom was very small and water leaking from everywhere. There was no floor mat in the room, so once u entered the bathroom then the room got messy.

Kind of budget hotel in Gulmarg. You will get all facilities at decent price here. Service was plus point here. It is very near to market. It will be challenging to reach other hotels in winter here. It is very much accessible. Food was also good. Hotel management tried their best to provide all facility at such weather.
