Recently I had a disappointing experience at Yatharth Hospital and feel compelled to share my thoughts about it. Firstly, the front desk staff seemed ill-equipped to direct patients to the correct OP departments.Secondly, the long queue for getting an OPD ticket was a major hassle. The hospital appeared to be understaffed, resulting in approximately 35 people waiting in line. Even the elderly needs to stand in the queue for extended periods to get the OP ticket which is totally unacceptable. Furthermore, the condition of the common toilets inside the hospital were extremely dirty, indicating a complete lack of regular cleaning. Clean and hygienic facilities are crucial in any medical establishment. I hope that the management takes these issues seriously and works towards improving their services and facilities to provide a better environment for patients in the future. As of now, I advise seeking medical attention elsewhere. Only giving 1 star for the services offered.

Pathetic hospital, poor management, ACs were not working properly in the hospital properly.For the lab test billing you would hardly find anyone at the reception..Only reason visiting this hospital is its near our place. 3rd class pathetic hospital management which makes you feel like a pure govt hospital. There was a person named Jitendar at the basement billing for lab test really misbehaved..Untrained staff.

Anisha Kumari (EMP Code 3895) working in the Preventive Health Check Up department has taken care of me very well during my entire stay in Yatharth. With a nice smile she was a great company. She understands customer care and patient care. She should be promoted with an excellent raise in her remuneration and salary. Reputation of the institution is judge by the employees it keeps. Anisha is a great asset for the institution and the nation.

Very poor experience. The nursing staff is over loaded with patients. Zero value nursing care. Doctors don't know about their admitted patients because they don't visit the hospital on regular basis. Careless and uncoordinated staff. You really need to improve. The trust and support you have built, it's not being maintained.

Floor manager Ms anju vishwakarma helped us and listened to our queries and resolve very quickly. She was very understanding Staff nurse took great care of our patient Overall it was great stay.

Dr. Mukesh Shankar treated me for finger injury. He was extremely humble and kind. His knowledge in the trauma care was good. Calmed me down in the beginning and explained all the procedures well. Staff in the dressing room were very helpful and friendly.
