My 1st service experience for Yahama RayZR. Complaints: 1) Foot board sound 2) Indicator buzzer not working properly. Not able to fix those issues. Staffs are good, service quality need to be improved.

Worst customer service I bought new fz v4 bike, Initially they said like free water service for 1st time now they said like water service is not free only labour charge is free need to pay for soap , liquid and so-on and I fit my bike govt number plate even for that also they charge 100 rupees worst Yamaha Motor Showroom ever please consider this and treat your customer as customer not as any... very much unsatisfied and frustrated and please train your employe about how to treat customer politely. Respect customer is the first and foremost good behaviour
Worst vehicle service. No proper water wash full mud as same as I left . If we ask they say that, it is due to test drive. Worst of service part . They claimed amount for 3m polish and applied local polish. I have raised a complaint on my bike based on breaking issue even that is no resolved. Worst service .

One month before did service and service person damaged the body part. Irresponsible service technicians and they charge at least 1000/- per service without doing any proper work. I have compliant to Yamaha corporate office as well. Please service bike with some other dealer.
I have bought new MT15 vehicle on March 15 2023. Before first service I faced coolant liquid leakage issue in engine top. Which was reported during first service,After getting vehicle from service the same next day itself faced the same leakage issue. Then again given vehicle for service to the same issue and after 5 days from service date getting the same leakage issue. Getting such worst service and vehicle with such issue with in one month after buying is horrible and I was totaly unhappy with product and as well as your dealers service.
Everything is Awesome...but one staff is any time in angry mood so i less one star...
