I have never seen this much worst Service and customer care experience.the did not changed the name of my previous pulsar NS160 which is exchange with new bike almost 1 year ago .also they haven't changed the spare tyre(given by them to check the problem in the tyre) which is also have ZERO grip in it they have taken 3 weeks but they haven't changed yet

Very worst service Center. They only know to do water wash. Very poor customer care. No one will answer responsibly. No one knows to work properly. Starts from vehicle delivery to registration to service. Nothing is right there. Worst character of service personnel. I sold my vehicle within one year because of their non cooperative. Don't even visit their premises. It's waste of time.

Very worst service ,never seen such bad service centre ,no skilled employees,no proper response,even local mechanic can do better service compare to showroom service, please don't visit after free service

Please don't service your bike in the showroom waste of money and waste of time don't prefer Bajaj.Instead prefer some other vehicle i brought my pulsar 150 to the service they did not do nothing just I paid 10 k for the service. They are only Money minded customer satisfaction is not good.Experienced mechanics are not there
