Service and behaviour is very bad.... They are not responsible and honest with their customers First time when you will go to buy a bike they will treat you like king and the next time when you will come here for any help or anything then they will act like unknown.. So if you want good service then go to muzaffarpur or any where to buy but not here Very neat and clean

Ver slow work. I have been waiting for servicing of my bike from yesterday and it had not started yet. Negligence of customer How can show room do such Negligence. They should so their work at time. Customer also have work to be done.

I had a very bad experience with Yamaha Motor : "Mansari Automobiles". The staff was very disrespectful and unhelpful. I was very disappointed with the level of service I received, and I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. The service department was very slow and inefficient. I had to wait over an hour for my motorcycle to be serviced, and the mechanic didn't even seem to know what he was doing. The prices were very high. I was able to find the same motorcycle for a much lower price at another dealership. Overall, I had a very bad experience with Yamaha Motor:Mansari Automobiles. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

Good but mostly bike accessories are not available at their showroom, their staff are friendly.

Bad service And workers behaviour is so good but management is so worst or bad. Personally, my own experience is very bad to Mansari Automobiles. Please Mansari Automobiles adjust your proper management.

Wrost service because I come here to do insurance claim but they say firstly order your spare parts and after 15 days your 0parts will be receive but when I go after 15 days to quary about the spare parts they say your are received but wen i noticed the parts the parts are totally wrong dont go here to service related issue
