Worest courier service of all time, customer care know nothing about shipment, when ever you will call you can easily figure it out that they just wake up from sleep. My parcel is sitting in pune since Sunday I asked customer care to give details if you can't deliver I can go and pick up but they don't have phone number and address if there own office, I don't know how they are working.
My parcel containing Prasad has been going around for 2weeks and still not delivered, whereas my location is 20 mins away from their office. Most 3rd class service, not helpful, unprofessional and super rude bunch on people from customer service to the courier delivery boy.
Oh no, there's no way to give ZERO rating. Dear Xpressbees, Please close your company if you can't deliver the orders. Everyday you just sends false messages that "CUSTOMER IS NOT AVAILBLE". Only lies were delievered to me over messages instead of my parcel. It's not just about me but many people are facing same problems. please check the other reviews too!!!!!
Worst service ever .... My shipment is out of delivery from 1 week and they haven't delivered and give the wrong message that I was not able to receive the shipment.
The company is a fraud, how even you are raising funds from investors. They make fake attempts to users for deliveries not one but 5 fake attempts and mentions in comment customer is not available/ reachable. I would urge users and company specially the soul store to read my review before working with xpressbees. On requesting cancellation with soul store, that day they visit and deliver the product
Terrible experience. Waiting for my parcel since 5-6days. Everyday I get a message saying it CUSTOMER IS NOT AVAILBLE. delivery by stating that I have requested to reschedule it! Pathetic! No one answers the customer service telephone numbers. What is this nonsense. delivery address is my office location which is daily open 10am -8pm except sunday but no one delivered my parcel & not any call received my call. its really bad service. shamed on u...how lier team u have...
Vicky Ghorpade person is the main reason of this shemless firm is degrading on daily basis. Behaviour is not good, I was available on delivery location but he didn't give my parcel also insult me on call ,if he don't know how to deliver the product then why he doing job in xpressbees and one day this xpressbees will close because of this person.. Next time if my parcel coming from xpressbees then I will cancel my order because not getting insulted again from this xpressbees..
Don't order anything pathetic and worst experience. Fake couriar service
