I had a fantastic experience at this hotel! The food and hospitality were amazing, and the staff, including the General Manager, were incredibly friendly and supportive. The rooms were spotlessly clean, and the food was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay!
Not recommended. False commitments made by the hotel. Disastrous management by KB Gupta. Services provided are not satisfactory. Manager is very rude and hotel has no confidence in guests and bother them with payment concerns . Washrooms were choked and all the amenities that were promised were not provided. Swimming pool was very dirty and it was clickbait only. Food quality was good, hotel staff was decent except the manager. Shear wastage of money.
Except food and the kitchen/serving staff rest everything was way below the promised amenities. Hotel manager Mr. KB Gupta was very arrogant and mismanaged all the events that were planned, seems like the manager is a novice. They force the guests to pay the entire agreed amount in advance and trouble and threaten the guests to not provide any basic services. Location of the property is very secluded and hardly accessible, also not very close the main attractions of the city and no transport facilities are available near the hotel. Very tough for aged people to move to and fro from the hotel. Not recommended.
The hotel is a hidden gem. The rooms are great neat and clean and well maintained. The staffs are very kind, polite, respectful and helpful.

We visited xomotel evana on 25th September and found the hospitality and reception to be really good. Dining and service is equally good. Food is really nice I will recommend it to others who are looking for rooms. GM and the staff are all very helpful. Not to forget there is swimming pool as well which is equally clean, Overall cleanliness and the stay was good.
