By far the best restaurant when it comes down to Indo-Chinese food...hands down! Chef Gua and the team have specially curated the menu that takes you into all new kind of dimensions of taste, aroma and cullinary excellence. My personal favourites are Black Garlic Chicken and Tiger Prawns with a nice G&T. Sonali behind the bar is a whiz when come down to cocktails, you must try out XO8, a special summer drink with lots of lime and mint.
It was a nice experience with really nice service. Dimsums were the best albeit highly priced. Seafood Blue Pea Dimsums were worth it though. Hand pulled noodles and tofu dish was amazing which was served along with tasty purple kimchi and traditional kimchi. Lamb dish was also really good and a must try
Looks very nice from outside but was then very disappointed. Everything went wrong.
Staff was a bit confused and not at all friendly. Food was average and not what was expected by the menu description. Gin was served in a water glass. Juice cocktail promised fresh ginger and fresh squeezed orange juice but was totally artificial and over sweet.
For that price you should offer much more. It cannot be compared with other restaurants in Marriot hotel.

Chinese restaurant in JW Marriott , coconut soup, dumplings . The food is authentic in taste.
Had the best dining experience at xo by JW Marriott, the best Sushi and dimsums I ever had, the staff and service is exceptionally amazing, loved the friendly nature of the staff , this all the more makes the dining experience enjoyable. Would highly recommend this place , I'm sure you would love this place as much as I did. Avacado sushi is a must have. Best place to treat your taste buds to some pan asian food.
Don't forget to end the meal on a sweet note by having their mango dessert.
The only reason I'm not giving five stars is due to the exuberance of blue lights, being an Italian cuisine restaurant for me it's something which resonates with the golden sunlight of Tuscany or sun dried tomatoes etc but not being inside an aquarium.
Apart from this, we had an incredible time at this restaurant. Our hostess Ms Tathagatta Datta took care of us like family, the Manager Mr Akashdeep Singh asked us many a times if we were in want of anything, saw him hover around the entire restaurant making sure every guest was enjoying themselves, Chef Avigo came around many times explaining the dishes to us and our server Mr Amit Saini was more than enthusiastic at looking after us.
At the end of our sumptuous meal, we were surprised by a gift of homemade chocolate from the Oregano team. We duly forgot it and Amit caught up with us as we were getting into our cars and handed over the tasty chocolates to us.
We had visited this restaurant during our stay at JW MARIOTT Chandigarh. We ordered for a couple of dishes out of which one of them was Red Snapper. We asked the waiter some 2-3 times if he was sure if the fish was fresh and he guaranteed the fish was fresh. It was worth 2200 Rs. for a Snapper fried in batter. It was so disgusting that I have no words. It was completely stale and was so smelly!! Instead of doing something about it, the waiter didn't even have the courtesy to say an apology. Completely disgusted by the approach of the service here! JW MARIOTT has such a big name, they should look into such matters deeply and sort them. We paid a total bill of 6000 Rs not to eat such a disgusting stale fish!! Very disappointed and frustrated with the service here. This restaurant is completely out of my recommendations!
I had an opportunity to have a some sumptuous breakfast at cafe@jw the services offer and the friendly environment given by the restaurant and the staff especially chef sukhwinder was too good in making us feel very special .His hospatitality and warm nature added to the services offered .we would like to come again and again..
