I had a disappointing experience during my stay at this hotel. Several issues made my stay uncomfortable. When I booked the hotel, they sent me enticing pictures of the rooms that created high expectations but when we reached there the actual atmosphere and conditions were vastly different from what was portrayed in those images. Firstly, there was a persistent bad smell (drainage smell) in the hotel's common areas and even in my room, which was very unpleasant. The complimentary breakfast offered was oily food that didn't meet my expectations. It left me feeling unsatisfied and disappointed with the quality of food provided. The staff's behavior was another concern. I encountered rudeness from some of the hotel staff members, which is not something I expected from a hospitality establishment. Lastly, cleanliness was a major issue. The hotel lacked proper cleanliness standards, and this affected my overall comfort and impression of the place. Overall, my experience at this hotel was far from enjoyable, and I would hesitate to recommend it to others. The positive aspect was its proximity to the beach.

I had a truly disappointing experience during my stay at this hotel. 1. The ground floor rooms were a nightmare. They emitted an unbearable stinky smell that was nauseating, making the stay almost unbearable. 2. The staff toilet was located right in between the ground floor rooms and had a semi-transparent door, providing no privacy and causing considerable discomfort. 3. When we requested a slightly delayed morning breakfast, they simply left the food on the floor, displaying a complete lack of professionalism. 4. The pool was not hygienic, thanks to the rain. 5. Parking was a nightmare too. The hotel had almost no parking space, with only room for three cars in their tiny lot. 6. What was even more disappointing was the hotel's inability to handle complaints. When we raised concerns about the room's condition, they asked us to leave instead of addressing the issues. 7. The use of black blankets and pillow covers with visible white patches was the final straw in terms of cleanliness and comfort. I cannot vouch for the upper floor rooms, but I strongly advise against even considering the ground floor rooms. The only good thing was walkable distance to beach (far end of calnguttae beach)

Very lovely staff, considerate and accommodated all my needs. The room however was the let down with my trip. The bedding didn't really seem very clean, and had a stench associated. Had to put some clothes over the pillow so I could sleep without having an odd smell. Coming from the UK, and from Hyderabad where I stay at the Mariott Executive Apartments, the standards of the room were considerably lower than expected. Please consider this feedback, take it on to improve the quality of future guests stay.

Stay was quite good. They have a pool and the pool is clean and bigger if compared with other properties nearby. They serve breakfast too and everyday they have different menu for the breakfast fast. And close to Calangute beach. This hotel is situated in the heart of Goa. I would recommend people to stay here when you are in Goa.

Had an amazing 3-day stay at Hotel Wotel in Goa. The staff's warmth, pristine rooms, and delightful cuisine stood out. Plus, its convenient location to all the tour spots made exploring Goa a breeze. Highly recommend for a perfect blend of luxury and convenience!

Budget friendly. Great location, walkable distance to the beach. Room was clean. Hotel staff were helpful and accommodating with good customer service. Overall nice experience.
