I don't have words to express how amazing this team his. I am with them for few months, with different issues and they always know exactly what to do to help me and make me feel better. I use to have pain in my thumbs because I give Massages, and now my thumbs are perfect. Some pains concerned with my Yoga practice but always feel relieved and better after visit them. More, the Dr. teach us how to do our own treatment at home in case we can't go there. They work with passion and with the heart. Totally recommend them.

I just can't thank enough Anmol ma'am and Puja ma'am for looking out for me. I went atleast 3-4 PT and I was nowhere satisfied then I went to Woods PT and after consulting I felt strong conviction in the words of the therapist and then I started my sessions. I am more than fine now. Still whenever I feel any discomfort and they only recommend to come only if you have some problem otherwise they won't do anything unlike other ppl who I met and they gave me therapy without identifying the cause. After trying a few physiotherapists, I met Dr. Anmol and was extremely glad to meet her. She tries to find the root of the problem, explains her approach to treat it well and is extremely caring about her patients. I had gone to her with a chronic back pain that radiated to my right arm and a hip injury. She was able to locate all my trigger points and used multiple treatments - cold/hot packs, TENS, ultrasound and manual massage + stretching to treat it. I would definitely recommend her

Anmol Khatter is my therapist at Woods physiotherapy. I was visiting India for winter break, and towards the end of my trip my neck started hurting bad. I had to travel alone with my 12 month old daughter so treating the pain was of utmost importance. Thankfully I found this wonderful young lady Anmol. She is knowledgeable, professional and very compassionate. On days i couldn't visit her office she made it to my home which was very kind of her. I started to improve immediately after my first session. My experience at Woods Physiotherapy was hassle free for which I am thankful. The staff is quite pleasant and helpful. Dr woods has a deeply caring & professional attitude. Her work is thorough and very effective. I felt completely safe & found her methods very effective & healing. 3 herniated discs in my spine were definitely soothed with her efforts.

I needed physio for an injured shoulder. Really helpful and knowledgeable, and hopefully it is slowly improving. She recommended hot & ice pack,some massage which was totally amazing ! A Gentle Dr. Anmol Khattar Mam in Rishikesh, She is very co-operative and genius in physiotherapy, also a humble, loving and caring attitude for patients as their staff also. Sharing my personal experience. I was suffering from slipped disc. There was disc bulged at L3, L4, L5 level. I had taken so many medicines, ointment, injection but nothing had been worked in my case. Many doctors advised me to adpot surgery. But when I went to Dr. Anmol khattar my life has been changed. At that time my condition was very worst I can't walk, sit and even sleep but due to her hardwork and efforts finally I am standing on my feet again and feel much better than before. She is not only a great doctor but also a great person as well. She is very hardworking, caring and most important thing she could feel your problem like her own and does her best to fix it.
