Always fond of woodlands shoes. But they should have kids collections too. And the shop needs some repairing.
Yesterday I visited with my FIL. He chose the shoe and I was about to make the payment but believe me that guy on the desk with some physique and tall stature completely made to takedown the decision. He is so so bad at dealing with customers that I am myself run a store ,didn't deal to any customer the entire evening thereafter. I wonder how big brands like this can allow this kind of frustrated people to deal with their buy customers.
Disgusting behaviour of staff (not all). There was one tall guy(macho) whose attitude was not appreciated. He was not flexible with us trying on the shoes and wanted me to choose first and then he will allow me to trial. Also his way of gesturing towards us was not at all professional. Not at all recommended.

The collection is not updated but the store is better then other stores of the town also the behaviour of the people who work there are good.
