Wonderland Resort - Resort hotel in Silvassa, Rakholi - Dadra And Nagar Haveli, India

Wonderland resort is good, kneat & clean property having good rooms , a small swimming pool, a lawn, a banquet hall, a restaurant and parking space. Quiet place near Silvasa, but surrounded by industries and road leading from Silvasa or Khanvel to the resort is in pathetic conditions. Good breakfast is being served here. Restaurant serves good food. Over all good stay.

We recently visited this place with family , group size of thirty people, and I can tell you right from welcome to sea off, the staff has been nothing but cooperative, prompt, and warm. Swimming pool is clean and they provide music to add a little touch from their own end. The food served was always warm, helping with cozy rain, the room service was prompt and helpful. If you prefer your mineral water I suggest you carry your carton with your luggage, since water and aerated drinks in the resort can be tad bit over priced, but not their service and hospitality which certainly touches your expectation of hassle free vacay. We had little hassle with a certain gold jewellery left behind after leaving the resort 24 km away, the resort went out of their way sent their person to give it to us, where we had reached which was commendable and acknowledgeable. I surely recommend this place for good stay!!!

Wonderful place for a short vacation with a swimming pool. Rooms are good. Indoor games like pool, table tennis, carrom, chess available. They have a great restaurant & bar, with a wide variety of food and drinks/cocktails. Polite and coordinating staff. Located at approximately 1 hour cab ride from Vapi station.

There was no hot water in the morning. My kid got sick bathing in the cold water. The swimming pool is open from 8 to 8 but wasn't cleaned even till 9 am. We checked in pretty late after 9:45 pm all tired & the attendant insisted on recharging the cable TV rather than letting us have dinner & rest.

Clean rooms, but plumbing issue needs to be taken care for. Bathroom fittings are having a great issue of leakage. In my room 210 sink, toilet flush had a leaking water problem. Shower was not working. If the management take care of such small issue, I can surely increase my ratings. Service is good. Food is good. Rooms are clean. Location not so good but ok ok. Overall we had a nice time. The management is cooperative. We forgot our Apple charger, but the management willingly offered to courier back to us. Rest is good.

Rooms are clean and most of rooms are swimming pool facing. I lived in deluxe room. It was small but enough. Room has TV, AC, small fridge, shower kit, coffee, tea packets, etc. There are indoor (pool table, Table tennis, carrom and Chess), outdoor activities (cricket, badminton). Even there is not enough space for playing pool. AC was not working properly in indoor activity room. This activity room was very hot room and I felt suffocation. I asked for service but was not supporting. I would like to give 2 out of 5. As per manager, I cant use any indoor activity after I checkout room. I asked manager to allow us to play table tennis after checkout room. But We were not allowed. They strictly told us that any things are allowed only for same day paid guests. I faced this issue first time over here during my life for resort. Only breakfast was included in our rent. Even high tea was also paid. So after swimming, I had to freshed and then order for some snacks and tea. It should be free and should be available at pool side table. Check In - 1:00 p.m Check Out - 10:00 a.m Location is good. And surrounding area is also good. Food is co-veg. So for pure veg people like me have to go out side for dinner that I had taken dinner by going 7 km away restaurant.

Very pathetic service by staff. And the lsdy manager is also not cooperative. Many good options available in silvassa i suggest to avoid this hotel
