It's been almost 10 months when I joined Women's fitness studio and it has been an amazing experience so far with the trainer and the friendly and healthy environment there. I have lost about 8 kgs and now my body strengthen more and is shaped a lot.Trainer is superb and she has extreme knowledge on diet, exercises, Yoga and meditation. She everyday keeps on guiding and sharing with us diet to follow, exercises as per the requirement of one's body and physique.. I would like to recommend everyone to join her and see the change in themselves.
