Winter Vale Green Stay - Resort hotel in Vagamon - Kottayam, India

Had a wonderful stay here while on my solo road trip to Kerala. Big spacious cottages with huge attached balconies offering a breathtaking view! Very quiet and idyllic surroundings and the only sound you can hear is that of birds chirping. Staff was courteous and service was very prompt. Breakfast too was nice and tasty with a variety of options available. Overall had a very pleasant stay here.

Stayed in Winter vale on Sept 2023 for honeymoon. The scenery at Winter Vale is truly enchanting. Nestled amidst fog-capped mountains and tea plantations, this hotel truly offers breathtaking views of nature's beauty. From the moment you step through the doors of Winter Vale, you can expect a heartfelt and warm welcome at the reception. Special mention for the welcome tea they provided. The ambience at Winter Vale is nothing short of magical; with plenty of space to walk around and a swing setup to enjoy the beauty of nearby meadows. The room were of high standard with all amenities given and boasts scenic views of the surrounding natural beauty. The team went an extra mile to offer us a wonderful candle light dinner and the room was decorated in a highly appreciable way. The pool was very well kept and well lit at night. They have a fantastic rain dance floor that adds an exciting twist to the stay and a wide range of indoor games and activities to stay entertained. Their culinary offerings were a delight for the senses. The menu featured a diverse range of dishes and a great buffet breakfast. One will definitely be captivated by the picturesque surroundings and have a lifetime memory from this place.

It was a pleasant experience. The views are breathtaking and the service provided is top notch. Worth the time and money spent. All the staff are friendly and dedicated. The food at the restaurant are lip smacking delicious. For elderly people , it's always good to book rooms near to the restaurant. Their private pool is very clean and the whole set up is well maintained. All in all, it was a cheerful and lovely vacation. The rooms are neat, clean . We stayed in Nutmeg D-2.

This place is awesome!! Loved the atmosphere and ambience.. service is very impressive and rooms are very clean.. we had a room with a wonderful view.. there is so much greenish area in the resort that we can walk peacefully.. kid friendly and quiet environment.. staffs are very friendly.. will be visiting again for sure.. thanks for the efforts that you put to give a pleasant stay for the guests

It was a wonderful experience. Excellent hospitality. Awesome food .special thanks to the chef who had prepared that. I would obviously visit again with my family .to stay for more days. and would highly recommend to all. and finally the spot where this property is located is simple scenic oriented.should never miss the beautiful spots at the winter vale when you are staying there. 100/100 to the entire team.

Visited two times, once with friends and second time with family. A good and calm place to stay. There is not much to do inside, it has basic amenities like a swimming pool, small kids play area, rain dance, one sports complex with TT, Pool table and carrom board. Room facilities depend on the one you choose.The Dulux double room booked was not up to the mark, furniture looks old, it has a small TV fixed somewhere away from bed. Balcony for the name sake only..it has just some plastic chairs... A lot of flies entered the room during the night as the windows were not closed properly while releasing the room to customers. The food and the restaurant was good.

Great location and lovely stay! Our stay at Winter Vale was quiet and peaceful. This property is located in the middle of a tea plantation and you will find plenty of greenery around. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The evening was full of fog and clouds and the morning woke up to the sound of birds chirping. The room was very spacious and clean with all the amenities and the food was good. Hotel, rooms and swimming pool are good. We are a couple. We stayed there for one night. Breakfast was good. We ordered dinner from the hotel and the price was too high for the quality. Overall, good experience, recommend it. It is good for couples and families with children..

Fascinating mountain stay! My husband and I really enjoyed the food, the helpfulness of the staff and the swimming pool overlooking the greenery all around. I also loved the Rain Dance Floor, such a unique experience! We really recommend everyone to visit here!
