I ordered wine. Confirmed about delivery in WhatsApp. Then the woman call me and said come to saki naka,i asked to delivery like it should be.i ordered for that. And she just canceled my order on the phone and cut call. Unprofessional people working!don't know how to talk with costumer, dont care about service and clients.First time got this situation.they just don't want to do anything

Decent collection of wine & few beers & staff is good ..finding the direction for this is little not too easy.

I buy wine from them online. Their customer service is very good. If you can't get them on mobile, just email them or message them on WhatsApp. They will respond without fail. I have had very good shopping experience with them.

I ordered a the gift box yesterday to be delivered as a birthday gift today. It said it will be delivered in 24 hours. They don't send any delivery updates neither the order status can be tracked at their website. I have called multiple times and every time they say will update in a while. Have sent multiple whatsapp messages and still waiting for delivery update which was promised but never came. The response has been very unprofessional and casual. Please avoid in case you send it as a gift. Won't recommend. Will update the review if I get a response from them.
