I ordered a the gift box yesterday to be delivered as a birthday gift today. It said it will be delivered in 24 hours. They don't send any delivery updates neither the order status can be tracked at their website. I have called multiple times and every time they say will update in a while. Have sent multiple whatsapp messages and still waiting for delivery update which was promised but never came. The response has been very unprofessional and casual. Please avoid in case you send it as a gift. Won't recommend. Will update the review if I get a response from them.
