Tried calling the facility three weeks ago around 09:30 am -10:00 am when four monkeys entered our society and climbed up the cell phone tower, but this facility didn't picked the call, later the contact number was off.
Very few animals they take care of if any injured animals on road they don't take it. They take only wild life animals as said by there staff.
I wanted to Donate my rabbit. We called many other places we found on the Google search. No one was ready to take it. We called WARR and got positive response. They accepted him and our bunny got a new home.
24/7 is written but not receiving call when needed .. useless center
Don't receive call and they don't even give a call back.
Recently there was a langoor in our society in evening, so i called them. The person who received the call was very calm and told not to panic, he asked if it was having any injury or is in stress .. so i said it's healthy and eating fruits from trees nearby. So the person said that it might have come here by mistake and if it doesn't go till next day they will take necessary actions. As predicted by him the langoor went on its own at night.
Seems a genuine place with lots of green spaces. However when I requested them if we can see the animal we rescued in future, the guys denied. They said that we are not allowed to go inside the campus because they rehabilitate the animal to their natural habitatm. I hope they are taking good care of these rescued animals but having a chance to actually see the facility and the way they take care would definitely boost confidence.
I have donated my two turtles to them, even I gave them two packets of turtle feed. I am sure they will take good care of them.
