White Villa Guest House Pondicherry - Guest house in Puducherry - Pondicherry, India

Bad experience, small room, mosquito bite severe, no water in toilet after 10 pm, water heater not working. I will not recommend this guest house

Currently staying at this property. Looks more like a rental apartment for offices and not like a vacation place for tourists. Location is really nice. You can access the major attractions by walk. But maintenance is an issue. Average maintanence, no wardrobe (a multipurpose rack is available), bathroom condition not very good. This property does NOT have the traditional French ambience, or architecture or decor. If you don't care about the Pondicherry feeling and just need a bed to sleep in a small room, you can book the place. Peaceful environment is guaranteed. That's all.

Cozy rooms with wonderful service. Stay is closer to most of the places to visit.

Best for budget travellers. Assistance in getting two wheeler for rent was a great help. Well maintained, clean, very close to Pondicherry Railway Station. Simple and refreshing terrace garden with space for drying cloths... Close to many important sightseeing locations ... Friendly and caring staff.

Booked 2 rooms online for this hotel because of its good location. Unfortunately they sent us to a different hotel on the other side of town. Over 1km north from this location. Then offered us one small room with only a double bed for three people. They did provide a reed mat for the third person to sleep on the floor. But this was unacceptable, considering we had booked a separate room with bed. Very disappointed that they totally did not honour the booking we had made.

The place is Ok Ok, they don't serve any food. I found it to be a bit over priced and the management is very rude and unfriendly. You can find better rooms in the same price and around the same area. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Worst place to stay in Puducherry. No parking, no one to receive you. I had to wait in front of the place for 1hour to Meet someone in person with the key. But he is actually another guest staying in there. Hosts gave our room key to another guest. Just ridiculous . I specifically asked for car parking and it was available on Agoda House feature s but there is none. They asked us to park the car in the Main Road where is a clear sign as No Parking Both Sides. Finally when I called Agoda to cancel the booking and get my money back, the Hosts said the parking was taken since I reached late and they are really nice to say that they can't return the entire money. They looted 30% of the total Bill. Worst ever Hosts in Agoda. And the place is not close to Beach, it's in front of a big drainage and you can literally get eaten by Mosquitoes if u stand out for few minutes. I had to put hazard light in my car and wait for an hour in the busy Road. Later when Agoda support said that I can talk to Hosts, they are not ready to pick my call. Really matured of them. And its not a bloody Villa.

Well maintained property...had amazing stay with friends,no disturbances,accessible to beaches,railway station,Pondi Dock,lighthouse area... Enquire before booking online Online food delivery available... Miss Satya helped us alot
