It is Very Expensive compared to All over brands in India... One can go for Brand Factory for good choice. They have only one Brand That is Nuva and All of the product are based on same. Their Shoes Department is Good but Expensive than Puma Adidas etc.... Other than can Buy form Actual Brands in the market. Otherwise okay.... If u belong to Luxury Lifestyle u can go for it....

Good Quality of clothes...there are many brands in the showroom..So many options are there to buy anything you like.. much trendy collection are there so its helpful to comparison with other brands. Which will suits you can buy that.

The store is just as equal as other ones. However totally disappointed by service from Brijesh where I was not allowed to try on the pair of cloth I wanted (considering Covid-19), they suggested to allow return in coming month of purchase .if I have enough time to come and exchange clothes with you than I would love to move to another brand store . .You need to understand clothes are a commodity than people buy after trying at the same place that's why you opened a store! It's not like you buy and go home and come back to exchange it. It was just a jeans I wanted to have a try at. Unless you are paying back to customer for coming back to your store and exchanging stuff it sounds good. Or else do plan a pick up for return and replace. Ensuring about customer satisfaction and convincing the customer on your policy is a part of sales team . Totally disappointed with store service!

Too few styles on display for mens shirts. Don't feel like going again to this store. There are other Westside stores which are better stocke.

Some Ladies employees have wrong attitude who making bill. I also want to add this the clothes quality is not that good as I expected from TATA.

Really amazing collection. Thoda mehanga he par kapde to WOW.. I purchased a frock Kurtis jeans from this store.. Superb..
