Westside - Madinaguda, Hyderabad - Clothing store in Madeenaguda, Hyderabad - Ranga Reddy, India

This is one of my favorite place. They started the sale just starting on 1st Aug. It's good collection as always. Nice to see and having a shopping experience after quite some gap. The team at Westside were really nice. Very much supportive. It will be nice if people visiting for shopping also maintain some basic norms of Covid. Some are forgetting that Covid is still waiting to grab us in various forms around corner. It's not only unsafe for them, but also for others too. #StaySafe #StayHealthy Good summer collection.

Very disappointed with the staff. Was in queue for 15 minutes and there were 2 people working only 1 person and ignoring us the whole time. It is not right to make some one wait when there are 2 people working. One of them could have worked with the Other customer and one with us instead of both of them making us wait for 15 minutes for no reason. At the end we ended up leaving the store without buying and would never suggest my friends/family to consider going to the store if this continues.

Today afternoon I visited to the store and I was trying a nail paint and suddenly store sales girl named supreeti came to me and without any excuse she snatched the nail paint from me saying I should try with tester, actually I was holding a tester in my hand but without seeing that she said very rudely, anyone else would have slapped her for this bad behavior but I preferred to complain and I went to the cash counter and asked for store manager, the store manager just said sorry for that. How westside can keep such sales person who dont know basics of customer care rules, it was very rude and unprofessional behavior of sales person. I will better avoid shopping at westside after this incident.

The store is very good with wide variety of collections for both men and women. Just give it a try you would find ur best fit.

I have been a Westside fan for a long time. Strating from dresses and garments to decorative/kitchen products and shoes, Westside always offers something new and unique. The outlet in Madeenaguda is spacious with a large outdoor parking area. I was amazed to see great collections of dresses and other things available in the store. The pictures I have posted say a lot about its collections. The store is following all the COVID-safety protocols to keep the premises safe for customers. But I found its workers careless, unattentive, superficial and not customer-friendly. Today, I went to the men's section to select some premium track-suits, but I was not properly assisted there. I was fed up and went to a neighboring store where I purchased everything I needed because of the wonderful assistance and guidance I received from their staff. I am sure Westside Madeenaguda will take measures to train its workers on how to assist customers wholeheartedly and in a professional manner. The persons handling a section should have good product knowledge and should be service-oriented.

The clothes collection is good but the stocks are very limited. So you gotta be really lucky to find your fit. It's an irony that this outlet has 2 floors but still losses on the stock availability. Plus to add to it, the stocks put for display are very untidy specially the footwears. No care is taken in order to keep the display garments and footwear clean. Also on asking to get a fresh stock, their response is there is no stock and requesting atleast to clean the product they give excuses of limited staff and have no cleaning products

Collection is good for less price but footwear and other accessories are made in China Please avoid don't buy China products.

They push you to take the membership to avail 20% discount on purchase over 5000 rs, but service is very poor. If someone from Westside is reading this, please have a surprise inspection to know yourself how the outlet is managed and work towards making it a better customer experience.
