Good place to relax yourself. Rooms are little bit costly and located in main road so easy to identify. Hospitality needs to improve.
One of the worst lodge. Very arrogant and ill treating person will be on reception to irritate you to the core. If there is an argument, they will call for people to threaten you. Staff behave that they are doing favor to us by providing room. Pool of bikes will be parked in front of lodge and you will not get any respect from any of the lodge staff. Ridiculously expensive for the size and facility of the room they are providing. Never ever think of booking this lodge, very worst!!! 1 star as I couldn't give less than that.
A good one. The room was clean. The AC was an old model and not properly maintained. The AC didn't have a remote too. Customer service was gr8 tho. Affordable too.
... When we went to the hotel, they said they do not have rooms. Very less hospitality. Staff behave like we are staying for free. They dont treat u like guests. Hot water available only for certain hours. please call the hotel and take confirmation of your bookings before u go . They dont have email access and a printer. So please take a print of booking confirmation and photo id, else you will have to arrange for it during check in. they dont help you to get this. Not Happy with the treatment... Please stay if u have no other option.
Poor hotel service i have ever seen so far. Ac rooms ac don't work . Fan noises so loudly. Tv won't work. No remotes for tv and ac. No water service to room even if u insist. Don't clean rooms. No hot water even in winter. Instead u get dirt cold water.
Clean rooms but dirty bathroom. The manager was friendly however the room boy asked us to helf ourself with the luggage as there is a lift. Triple bed room booked ten days ago was 1040 however a double room booked on the say day costed us 1400. Seemed unfair. It was okay for a overnight stay

Rooms are not clean. Room service also not response immediate.(Television DTH wasn't work ,While I was stay) Room service doesn't know Tamil,thus you can't explain any issue to them. In Triple bedroom accomadation fan position completly misplaced.So,summer session you may not live inside the room. Beds and pillows are old one not comfort to sleep. There isn't no hygienic drinking water at room. Finally,room rent is quite high. Positive : Lodge placed at main part of the city.You may get easy transportation to any place in chennai at any time and also you have various foods,shopping complex,theaters and hospitals.
