Western Park Hotel - Hotel in Port Blair - South Andamans, India

Well maintained. Rooms were clean but kind of small. Bed spreads and other linens in the room could've been washed regularly. Some of the towels were not tidy. Their restaurant was fine. Good food for reasonable rate. They provide complimentary breakfast for their customers. Even if you've to leave early in the morning they pack your breakfast for you. Easily reachable from airport and other parts of the city. They have only one lift which was out of order for 4 straight days when we stayed there. So we had to climb 4 floors every time when we needed to get to our room.

Dont believe any pictures which shows online. Rooms are very very small. In case if you want to change the room after you made reservations via online, due to dislikes and bad location,or any reason, they wants you you to pay the whole amount for reserve days. Continental breakfast is worst as I ever seen. Restaurant and food , quality, quantity etc..... Food is very expensive and no standard at all. Cleanliness is good. Last day the T.V was not working, I call the maintenance, they come , took the remote and left. Not come back. Don't choose this hotel with mistake too. I would not suggest to any one even stay for free of cost.

It's a decent hotel. Since booked through agency not sure how the tariff works here. Decent buffet system for breakfast and dinner. Mostly includes chapati, two types of curry, rice and salad with one chicken item. Rooms are clean and decent but little congested.

Visited this place on 24th sep 2017 till 28th sep 2017. The location of the hotel is good & its near the Aberdeen Bazaar, the rooms are also clean but it must be mentioned that the Standard rooms are way TOO SMALL. Also the WiFi provided is only in the reception lobby and that too till 10 PM. Although it can be said to be good but little overpriced for such quality rooms.

Came back after a weekend spent at western Park Hotel - port Blair . It is so bad, words fail me. Rude staff, poorly maintained rooms, no lobby to relax, cockroaches all over. Food is below average and everything is so commercial. There is no hospitality extended to guests arriving at the hotel. A lot of mediators and middle men who work hard to pocket as much as possible. Pay a little extra and stay in a better place. This hotel is just not worth it. I would not recommend this to anybody. Imagine staying in a hotel which is downed by shutters at night. It's disgusting.

I took standard AC room. Some rooms are small in size but bathrooms are big, whereas for some room bathroom is tiny but room is comparatively bigger. There is a bad smell in the room even in the corridor but could not find what smell it is. Food is good though a bit costly. Staff behavior is good.

A budget hotel which is nearby clock tower. You have many places to visit nearby and is at a walkable distance from the hotel like Marina Park which can be visited in the evening and then the New Light House Restaurant which is a family bar cum restaurant which is really nice. They have standard , Deluxe and family rooms here. Has a restaurant too. Budget wise this is nice okay type to stay

The condition of the hotel is pathetic. We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights w.e.f.6.4.18 to 9 .4.18 and all the joy of our trip vanished only because of this hotel.The amenities are minimum.The maintainance. is 0. The load shedding of every now and then plays another havok.All of a sudden you realise that taps go out of water.The package tour organisers "Experience Andaman" didn't bother about the amenities the hotel is providing to its guests. We will never recommend tourists to stay in this hotel.Just don't go by the pictures.
