we had an absolutely fantastic time at this hotel in Pahalgam! The view was simply epic, with majestic mountains and a soothing river flowing right next to the property. The live barbecue by the river created the perfect ambiance for our evenings. And let me tell you, the spa was an absolute game-changer. They worked wonders on a severe muscle spasm I had with a banger 90 minute hot stone

The location alone is worth the visit - nestled amidst the picturesque mountains and surrounded by lush forests, the views from the resort are breathtaking. But what really set apart is the attention to detail and exceptional service provided by the staff Mr. Zahoor Ahmad (Front Office). The rooms are spacious. The food at the resort was absolutely delicious - every meal I had was a culinary delight. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, from traditional Indian dishes. Highly recommended!

Had great experience with hospitality. Food was nice and enjoyed local touch. Staff was wonderful especially Shoab was very helpful. He is knowledgeable and very courteous. Manager Sabjar helped in arranging and adjusting our next stay in Fortune Heeven in Srinagar for next two days. Will consider again this place and entrench beauty of Pahalgam soon.

Amazing stay! Shoayb at the front desk was so wonderful and welcoming to the beautiful hotel. Executive chef Tejas was so nice and he was wonderful in helping prepare a special meal for our fasting. Iqra was so sweet and has an amazing way of paying attention to every detail! Best hotel to stay at by far!
