The most opportunistic staff who are ready to exploit. Let me share how. On 18th august morning 3 am I called the hotel. We were in way back from Tirupati. The duty manager said they have room but they will charge for 2 nights. So basically he was saying that even if you check in at 4 am and check out at 12 pm on 18th august ( a total of 9 hours of stay) they will charge me for 2 nights. The reason he said is late night check in charges.
The duty manager Mr Sabarish, if I remember the name right , said it's policy. Seriously!!
That was so unlike the class of ITC. Am sure it's just a way to exploit the situation.
ITC management should look into it. Haven't ever heard that a hotel charges for 2 nights if you check in for 9 hours !!!!!
Had a bad checkin experience as they denied chekin with Army card saying they need govt issues card.. Hail to the duty manager as he was so rude and even denied a complaint register upon asking
