The rooms bathrooms are unfriendly for adults, there is a bathtub with shower and it is difficult to get in and there is no shower curtain so whole bathroom is water spills. U need to climb to enter the bath tub and the design is very unfriendly. The Resturant service is not up to the mark, every item is not filled unless it has been asked by the customer, for breakfast I had to ask 5 items from bowls to vada and resit for 10 mts then go again to pick up. Ideally they should proactively fill items without expecting customers to follow up. Room service also same issue, u call and ask but no one turns up for 3 hours . This hotel needs customer to remind and remind for small things. I was expecting more in ITC
