I bought exercise cycle from welcare a long time back .it worked well till recent, I think the belt which holds the peddle meight have been cut down . I have approached the shop for service, since lockdown is going on at present they will not be able to get the spare parts for 3 months. Can any one please give suggestion for quick solution so that I can get it back in condition and continue my exercises. I give 3 stars as I have used for more than 7 years , since it's expensive and not easy to buy, if they would have given service in this period also I would have been much happier.
I baught Welcare Elliptical Cross Trainer WC6020 from WELCARE-Kadapa. I feel it is the best for overall body fat burning workout. Great decision taken by purchasing this equipment. Also had good time with HARISH who gave me a clear explanation about the machine specifications, workouts to be done with comparing other models.
Harish is a very nice person, he listened to the needs and suggested the best option in cross trainer. Prior to this, I had approached some other service centres they only wanted to sell me their expensive model without even listening!
He delivered the machine in just 30 minutes ofter my purchase (unexpected and appreciated). Installation by NAGENDRA very dedicated employee of welcare. Installation is a time taking process but he checked each and every part of machine to fit perfectly. His demo is clear and understandable for everyone. Overall I am very satisfied with the staff of Welcare kadapa and my choice Welcare WC 6020 a smooth Elliptical Cross Trainer.
