Installation and installation service engineer approach is good. Will update the product review after 6months. I was purchased 5days before. So need to ensure the quality.

After a long conversation with service team, Mr. Arun came today and rectified the issue with exercise bike and tummy twister. Good work done by him. Working properly now. But I have struggled too much for registering complaint.

The Installer, Mr. Arun Kumar called on us and installed the machine. He demonstrated the working. Yet to experience the quality of the machine and it's performance. Mr. Arun was very polite, and well behaved.

Good product...value for money. Iam satisfied with the product and service.
