Wax is the best gym for weight loss out there. I have been to many gyms but their bootcamp training is something to be praised. I reduced 9 kgs in 2 months by maxing out on their bootcamp training. Not a wide range of equipments for weight training but necessities are all present. Mr Kannan is the most knowledgeable trainer I have met till day and extremely motivating person in and out of the gym. My best wishes and gratitude
The best gym you can find in Chennai. Trust me I have gone to several other gyms in Chennai and you will never get an experience like you get in Wax. Also during weekends they plan various outside activities like cycling, beach workouts, swimming pool workouts. Kannan master is the best you can get in Chennai.

I've been going to this gym for almost 8 months and my friend has recently joined, the trainer there texted her inappropriately and when I stood next to her when she was feeling uncomfortable, Kannan master said that's none of your business, and I shouldn't be there. What kind of trainer tells you not to help other people? He also said if you're feeling uncomfortable, don't go to a unisex gym. I guess he only cares about the comfort of men in the gym. I immediately quit. 0/10. And the only reason my friend is continuing to go is because she's paid for a service, not cause she's happy with the way the trainers have been treating her.
