Warmth Lake Haven - Resort hotel in Kuttanad Taluk - Alappuzha, India

Not worth for money.High rating seems very much over rated in my experience there. Location is fine with lake side view and proximity. Reaching this resort was a challenge with very narrow road. Service by staff were below average . It was very much overpriced from MakeMyTrip at 7500+ for lake side room which is much smaller compared to others and also very normal amenities provided. Breakfast was good with local spreads and rates also reasonable with other 3 star resorts.

Great place with amazing views, food was delicious and complementary boat trip also very nice. We had a room with view to the water! Only small thing, it would be great if other guests did not throw non-degradable garbage to the water to help preserve such beautiful place.

Do not book this resort if you are going to stay in resort for relaxation or for quality time. Resort is full of mosquitoes and lizards.. food taste is average with lack of variety. The worst part is its location...it is almost at the end of the city with broken road without street light and signs.

wonderful place with very cordial and respectful staff, suggest, find some solution to the insects flying around after sunset thus hamper our enjoyable sitting outside late into the night. figure out how to approach your site without any bumps from that narrow lane. rest assured all in all a superb environment to enjoy the backwaters

Old rooms, not worth the premium price. Access road of 1 km very risky, no help provided by the staff. You jus need to pray that no vehicle comes from the opposite side. Pool not clean. Boat ride timings changed and not provided. Food options limited. Only good thing is location. On the side of backwaters and quiet. Other than that no activities. You can jus sit in your room and relax

One of the best resorts in Alappuzha. The best part of this resort is greenery and water all over. It is surrounded by a lake and too much of trees providing fresh air and keeping the environment clean. Rooms are clean and all the amenities are available. They have an infinity pool with the lake view , the houseboats passing by. For kids, playground is available. The best part is they provide free paddle boating that is available till 6pm. You can enjoy the sunset in lake. It is situated quite far from the main road. The only thing that we struggled with is communication. The lady in the reception could not understand Hindi or English at all. Overall very nice place.

Very enjoy this place good lake view Good service and staff also very closely I enjoy the evening shikkara ride they provide pedal boating, swimming pool and some activities also. I like the stay very much but the way of this hotel is very narrow but we explore the location and that also one of my loving experience

Worthy for money. Best location to stay. Hotel staffs are very supportive. They gave us warm welcome with kerala traditions that we will remember forever.
