The Drawing and Dining space in this houseboat is excellent.The house boat is stationery and not like the one in Kerala,which is moving through the waters in day time and stops near the shore at night.. Food is too good. The are not providing heaters at night after 10PM till 6AM in the morning. Not ideal for senior citizens. The service is very poor. Not providing morning tea till 7AM in the morning. Once you reach inside the houseboat you will not be able to go out for sight seeing or any other activities other than sitting inside.Overall on a scale of 10 we can give 7 marks.

One of worst House boat I have ever been. No basic facilities. Please don't waste time and money in such pathetic house boat. No heater. All the bed spreads and blankets they provide are stinking.

Felt very relaxed and happy during my stay in this property. Buffet was average. Rooms & toilet were clean. Irritating thing was the scam during shikara ride, where many people will try to sell their products at exorbitant price.

Had a fantastic experience staying in a Boathouse for the first time. The luxury which you experience on entering the houseboat makes you feel like a king. The view from the houseboat is spectacular which showcases the serene Dal lake and the snowclad mountains across. The food also was perfect which makes you feel like home. Highly recommend Wagnoo Heritage Houseboats!

Very bad experience reached there on first day of trip in November and heater not working properly even geyser not working in morning, done bath with cold water.

What a wonderful experience. Would like to visit once again with my children, daughters in law n grand children. Services of the crew also fantastic. Food served during D n B was delicious.

We stayed at the Pride of Kashmir...3 rooms and one common dinning table you have to sit with other unknown guests for your food. Food comes from outside so it becomes cold it it reaches your plate and if you reorder it will take too much time and getting disgusted with all these if you go to the restaurant outside you will be even more disappointed as the staff there will literally leave you with very little or no food and you will find no one to even ask for....and after much effort if you find someone they will say sorry we don't have. So literally you will be starving for the rest of the night..... horrible.

I want to be balanced in my review. Nice &quite location, staff eager to help. The issue is about them, not knowing the deficiencies and it's not deliberate because they are genuinely nice. They just don't know what is housekeeping. The owner must stay a day or 2 in the place to have a real time feel because the houseboat is very nice. Major issues are cleanliness, paint smell throughout which made me feel sick, plug point to charge phone will only work in lights are switched on (this is a ridiculous flaw), sheets had bedbugs and kids were badly bitten, food is way below average, toilet is not clean, no TV.. we stayed there one night and this was a stay I wish to forget soon especially considering our stay in Gulmarg and pehegham ranked so high.
