Wan Li - Chinese restaurant in Guwahati - Kamrup Metro, India

Must say it's a good Chinese restaurant. Service and taste is mediocre. Their Gravy chow options are good but you will find better gravy chow options in Johns Kitchen, China town etc. Good for a quick bite. Price is slightly on the higher side compared to the taste and service.

Wan Li is a severely underrated Chinese restaurant located at Hengrabari. They serve authentic Chinese cuisine. Tried several items on their menu - Roasted Pork, Chilli Pork, Chicken with Hot Garlic Sauce, Dragon Chopsuey and Mixed Hakka Chowmein. All items were amazing except the Chowmein. It kind of felt out of place and tasted weird. Not exactly how it should have been. However, it needs to be mentioned here that the quantity they serve in each serving is enough for 2-3 people, thus making this restaurant very pocket friendly. It's one of my favourite Chinese outlets and i will surely visit them again.

Well, Wan li never disappoints you when it comes to tasting one of the best Chinese dishes available in Guwahati. But in my last visit things weren't the same like before but then it was good. A star less coz there is definitely room for improvement when it comes to the food and service needs to be improved too.

Food was as always wonderful! Exactly the same every time just like their co-restaurant China Town. The bbq pork is always to go to item for me. The service guy not so much. Not very welcoming. Always reminding that the kitchen is going to close rather being welcoming towards the guests seated inside. The ambience overall is very homely but the washroom is in terrible condition. Very unhygienic. Overall always a good experience. But service could be a more lively one.

Worth visiting for their evergreen food. They have been consistent in maintaining their food quality. Loved their bbq sliced pork. Their noodles are too good. As far as I know, they make their own noodles. Service could improve and along with the washroom condition.

I love the food here .. the food quality is good and quantity good too . One of the authentic Chinese restaurants in guwahati . I recommend this place . Cash card UPI payment accepted . Roadside parking available . Washroom available . Takeaway and big seating capacity .

This place has always offered good food and a calm environment to me since about more than around 15 years now. Very good Chinese food.

I was here one spring weekday evening with my parents. I actually read a review before going to this place. Was seeking a respite from chung fa and china town and others. Situated in the hengerabari road right opposite prajapati bibah bhawan. Not very easy to spot from a vehicle. The place looks like somebody's residence from outside. In fact i thought i might be at the wrong place till i saw tje dimly illuminated sign. Went in. There was just one family almost wrapping up. We got ourselves seated. There was just one boy(probably under 18, not sure) Waiting the tables. He took our order of chicken noodles fried rice and chicken gravy. Prices were reasonable. The wait was awfully long almost 35 minutes. The food arrived finally which was quite a lot in amount. The taste was really good surprisingly. More than enough for 3 people. In the end we were sitting clutching our stomachs unable to get up. All this while i saw 3 people come amd order take away. Lastly when the bill arrived i was in for a surprise. No GST. Immediately i let go of any negative feelings about the service. And left a gemerous tip too for the boy. Overall a satisfying experience
