The Location of the hotel is perfect, right on the bank of ladder river.The room as well as bathroom was very clean..one thing I want to tell you that hotel manager Mr. Rouf is an excellent host. He made sure we were comfortable all this time.The food was awesome. Overall stay was very welcoming and comfortable.
Staffs behaviour is very good. We booked it for our birthday and did not like the room as it was in maintenance state.They upgraded our room and gave discount on food also. They tried their best to give us a good experience. Location is very good but it's a bit far from city.
We had the most wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff was extremely helpful. The rooms were clean. Location is beautiful. And most of all again we would like to thank the staff which made our stay most comfortable.
Best place to stay and best location. Here you shall get with all the amenities including wifi, room heater and others. Hotel staffs exhibit extremely good behaviour. They are always at your service. Hotel manager Rouf Lone and other hotel staffs are working really hard round the clock to deliver the best staying experience.
Must say that hospitality is very good. Service available on one call, no delays. Faizan, munib, and zubair, all three are very kind and humble. Highly recommend property, near the river, people can stay without any doubt.
Stayed here overnight. Comfortable rooms. Hot water. Breakfast and dinner buffet was simple and sufficient. Happy staff, serving best. View was good. Special mention to Faizan and Muneeb who take care very well.
The rooms and washroom were clean. Location is away from the main town. If someone wishes to spend their time in peace they can opt for the hotel. Staffs are very cooperative and will help you for all the asks you may have. Food quality can be improved.
