Waii International Hotel - Hotel in Itanagar - Papum Pare, India

Well i went with my whole family consisting of 12 .well i order a steam rice which i havnt got it, well as some of my family member havnt got their ordered items too, bt alas when the time came to pay the bill , it came 19171. If u management can charge people with all the taxes ,then atleast provide good services too.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Wai International during my visit to Itanagar, and I must say that my experience was nothing short of exceptional. Ok with everything...views of itanagar is beautiful from hotel and location is also good,around 500m away from capital...

This is literally my worst experience hotel There is no safety for the room like literally anyone can enter your room without the key card The food is terrible And security and management is worst

Amazing staff .....Cooperative ...comfortable rooms.....pool and other facilities on the way...Nampi and the front desk staff were so warm and did their best...Cheers !!!!!!

Good location. The service needs a major upliftment

The ambience and location are wonderful. However service quality needs improvement. The bathroom showers were difficult to operate.There was no hot water flowing in the taps . The iron board was broken. We stayed in an EXECUTIVE ROOM which was very spacious.The room WIFI wasn't working. Apang ( staff ) was very helpful though and full marks to him . The night club was great. Food was average . All in all the service and facilities need to justify the amazing location and view and ambience of Waii International . Hope to see the improvement next time we visit.

Amazing service, housekeeping and customer friendly staff. Staff like Vivek Nath is a gem for the waii organisation. The other night, with his excellent management skills made an arrangement for a new sound system to replace the existing technically error sound system. Thank you waii
