Nice hotel and foods also very good..

The review is for bar only! I have not stayed in the hotel 1. Open roof top bar 2. Not good for summer as they don't have AC installed in the bar 3. The chair provided in the bar is not comfortable for sitting more than 30min. 4. Accessing the wash room is a difficult task. You might get injured when tipsy 5. The parking and entrance are at a distance. People might get confused.

I came for lunch...the service is pathetic....i had to wait for my lunch for 30 mins amd it came out to be cold. Taste was good but the service was awfull...

Stayed in Hotel Obsidian Blue for 2D 1N during a business trip in Sep2022. I recommend this hotel for its services and amenities provided, and overall Satisfaction. Pros: 1) Middle of the city with ease of access. Ample Parking space is available. 2) Welcoming with traditional shawl and welcome drinks. 3) Clean rooms and bathrooms. 4) supporting and service minded staff. Cons: 1) One off incident of a water scarcity in the morning.

Nice hotel with clean rooms, pleasant staff, nice food.. Now the gym has also come up. Every time I go there, I feel good.

Beautiful hotel. The interior is comparable to or even better than most of the 5 star hotels. In a distant place like itanagar can't think of any better hotel to suggest than this one. Beautiful place, great location( within 1 km of the main town), excellent hospitality, good gym and spa... and a colorful rooftop restaurant with mouth watering food, karaoke.....certainly I would like to recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit itanagar.

Everything is good from staff, rooms to Restaurant. 5 star for staff who arranged a cake for me on request. Veg food was delicious, kindly don't change your chef. Please try to give clothes stand for drying clothes in balcony in case of rain like we faced.
